Immunization Reminder

All students must be up to date on immunizations in order to attend school. Proof of up to date immunizations or Medical/Religion exemption waiver must be turned in or uploaded in the registration portal prior to the first day of school. Students will NOT be allowed to start/attend school if immunizations are NOT up to date.

Listed below are the requirements:

12th Graders

Must have 2 Meningococcal Vaccines prior to starting school or 1 dose of vaccine given at 16 years of age or after.

9th Graders

Required to have a dental exam and a completed dental certificate turned in prior to the start of the school year.

7th Graders

Must have a one-time Tdap vaccine and a Meningococcal Vaccine.


Need DTap, IPV, MMR and Varicella vaccines prior to starting school along with the  required dental certificate and proof of a normal lead test.

Please contact your child’s medical provider or Public Health to get your child updated on their immunizations as soon as possible.
