How To Get Help With Technology While At Home
If your student is experiencing technical difficulties with his or her online learning materials please refer to the following resources to get assistance.

If you need your student’s password reset please

If you cannot sign into Canvas or don’t have classes listed after you sign in remember to visit https://fmcsd.instructure.com and sign in with Google. Students on school issued Chromebooks will automatically get signed into Canvas.

If you cannot sign into SeeSaw please reach out to your student’s teacher directly. A list of teachers and their email addresses can be found on our staff directory page.

If you signed up for a HotSpot you will need to pick it up at the High School after making an appointment. Call the High School office (319.372.1862) to schedule a pick up time.
We try to get to every call and email as soon as possible but it may take a few hours before we can respond to voicemail or emails. If you are emailing on behalf of your student, please be sure to include your child’s name(s) and your contact information. You do not need to submit a second ticket for the same issue.

We encourage all parents and students to revisit the Chromebook / iPad Care and Policy Guide which was also available during registration. Remember to take good care of the device on loan to you from the district.
