What Are You Doing Currently In Your Classroom?

“In AP Psychology, we’re learning about how our brain processes and interprets things we perceive. Also, In Intro to Psychology, we’re talking about different theories on personality. In US History, we just finished learning about the mixing of cultures in the USA through immigration,” said Ms. Burken.

Ms. Burken’s goal for her students is for them to leave her classroom having a positive experience and hopefully learning something along the way. Additionally, a fun fact about Carrie Burken is that she is a fraternal twin, she has been given forty different nicknames, and her head is the same size as a 3-5 year old’s. Also, Ms. Burken works as an assistant coach at the high school level for volleyball and soccer.
