Pam Jones is a third grade teacher at Richardson Elementary. Originally, she is from Albia, Iowa. Ms. Jones attended Indian Hills Community College and William Penn College to get her degree in elementary education. She also has endorsements in early childhood and reading.
In her free time, Ms. Jones enjoys crafting, painting of all types, woodworking, and making blankets. She enjoys most Hallmark movies. Ms. Jones’s favorite t.v. show most shows on the cooking channel, especially the holiday ones. Additionally, her favorite food is pizza.
Currently in her classroom, the students are studying frogs as part of their “EL” curriculum. Ms. Jones is the computer science teacher for third grade at Richardson Elementary, so she gets to take all of the third graders to the new STEAM lab and watch them create. Her goal for her students is to become better readers and mathematicians despite all the craziness they have been through this year.
What is something positive that is happening at the school right now?
